Of Dreams and Dreamcatchers

You make your own dreams. If they do not scare you then they are not big enough. Dream bigger. Be wild as can be so that when you reach them you will be the first one to be amazed at how you made it.

Get your dreams unfiltered.Filter them only when you are close to reaching them.

When you write your dreams, you empower yourself more.

I hope your dreams will remain on your heart.

And you will be willing to work harder.

Because in the end, you are the one who can sleep on your own and you are the only one who wakes yourself up in the morning.

So, keep on dreaming!

Dream BIG and aim high! And remember to smile.

Stop Trying to Help where it’s not Wanted

Take the opportunity today to Stop trying to help where it’s not wanted.

Sometimes people aren’t ready to be helped and you’ll only frustrate yourself. We’ve all been there, trying to offer the right advice at the right time except it’s being rejected.

You can see what’s going on, it’s obvious what needs to happen, you explain it clearly but your advice falls on deaf ears. Why is that?

Because the person you are trying to help is not ready to be helped. And you know what? We’ve all been in that place ourselves. If you really thought about it, you’d remember a time when you weren’t ready for someone’s help even though you knew it was the right thing. It may have been when you were a child and you were trying to ride your bike – you didn’t want your dad holding you in case you fell, you wanted to do it on your own.

Although this is frustrating to the helper, sometimes it’s exactly what’s required as sometimes people have to just figure it out for themselves.

So, offer help but accept when it’s not heeded.

What is Stopping you from Getting what you Want?

Take the opportunity today to consider what is stopping you from getting what you want.

Do you ever wonder what is stopping you? Do you think it’s outside influences? Do you think that other people’s decisions affect your life more than your decisions? Think again. You are holding on to the steering wheel of your life, of course if you see a pothole steer around it. If you hit a pothole and bust a tyre, stop, get it fixed, then continue.

Your decisions are what make your life. They dictate your circumstances way more than any other outside occurrences. Now take some time and figure out what is stopping you make the decisions that will take you towards the life you desire.

What did you do this month towards your Dreams?

I can not believe May is almost over! I would like to thank you for all your great ideas, comments and feedback every Tuesday on each question that I post here about your dreams, goals and future plans. Therefore as an end of the month take off, I would like you to do one more exercise. As they say, reinforcement is pretty powerful and I would like you to do more of that.

Plus, I would like to end this month off on a great positive note.

Therefore, I am going to ask you this:

Make a list of what you did this month towards your dream.

Make it authentic. (It is your list anyway)

Do not be embarrassed of what you have done – even the crazy things!

For example if you want to become a professional body builder – getting a membership to a gym would be on this list.

Make sense?
