Alpha Sanford – the founder and editor of AMSDaily is fueled by many things: her family’s love and support, her inner circle of friends, her enthusiasm for her day job, her passion for reading and writing, silent prayers every so often, rice and tea! She started AMSDaily in June 2011 as a way to communicate with her siblings, Rachel, Yedelilah, Sammy and Honey Rose. Through them the idea of sharing thoughts of inspiration, motivation and success grew to a bigger audience. She owes them the honor of this blog and many other blessings! Buena Laoang – is a mother of three, a gifted writer and a former college employee. Buena juggles mommyhood, home management, evangelism, school responsibilities and maintaining her blog, Barefoot Life Reflections. She contributes on AMSDaily and gives great challenges to readers on her column, Wednesdays with Buena. You can also catch an inspirational story about her here.

Liz Scala – Elizabeth “Coach” Scala, MSN/MBA, RN was born in Carmel, NY. She played numerous sports growing up and took 13 years of dance classes. She attended the University of Delaware for her undergraduate degrees; a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She writes about Health and Wellness for AMSDaily twice a month. She is also the “coach” behind Living Sublime Wellness.

Michaela Cruz-Ungos – has survived many challenges in life since stepping foot in the Unites States but her strength and love keeps her going. She is the mother of Damien, a loving wife and a SPED teacher based in El Paso, Texas. She is passionate about teaching students with disabilities and sharing her skills behind the lens. Randy Legaspi – is definitely a world-class photographer. Take  a closer look at all the pictures he has shared through AMSDaily here and you’ll know why. He has extensively travelled around the world and snapping pictures as much as possible. He hails from Camiling, Tarlac Philippines and is the proud husband of Julie Ignacio and the father to Dinho. His globally-themed pursuits of photos are found on his Facebook Page and if you are lucky enough, you may be able to learn some photography tips from him. He lives in Dubai and has held many jobs under his cap!

Shem-shem Pablo – also known as “Mackey”, has graced numerous posts since the birth of AMSDaily. Her photos evoke emotions and bring personal attachment to the viewer. She is an associate nurse unit manager in Melbourne, Australia but an avid photographer on the side. She says she is a Kiwi by paper but Filipino at heart. Ria Geraban-Rombaoa – shares her photos and sentiments whenever possible for Light and Love on AMSDaily. Her posts are greatly commended by readers because of her honesty.
