Similar to other guides in my book – this is about building a really positive image of yourself. This is about changing the way you think about yourself. Rather than continually dwelling on what you perceive as negative, let’s turn that 180 degrees and just start looking at the good things aboutYou.
When you do this you will start to feel more confident not only about who you are but also how you might become who you want to Be. Standing still in life is a bit like keeping your savings under the mattress – over time inflation will make them worthless. If you’re not moving forward you’re falling back.
Give it some time, we’re all incredible in our own way. We all have our good points. Identify yours. Recognise what other people find valuable about you. Uncover the real you, the one that wants to live a better life. A happier life. A more fulfilled life.
