Five Rules of Happiness

There are (in my opinion) 5 Rules of Happiness

1. Don’t Hate
2. Don’t Worry
3. Give More
4. Expect Less
5. Live Simply
Since I first saw they rules they made complete sense to me. Needless to say, I know live by these 5 rules. My question this week is: Are there a set of rules you live by? Do you agree with the rules that I believe in? Let me know your thoughts in the comment section!

    Here are mine

Find what is most important to you and eliminate the rest.
Look beyond your senses and remember to never underestimate your dreams.
Disbelieve anything the government tells you.

  2. Happiness for me is simply ‘thinking happy’ and doing good things for others. I don’t follow any particular ‘rules’, I just do what I consider to be right which includes caring for & about myself & my family & caring about others.
    be good to yourself

  3. Sharla says:

Must agree with David. Really never considered a set of ‘rules’ but the elements you listed are all a part of happiness. Mostly, happiness is within my family. Also, when I know I have helped, supported or been an inspiration to someone, that is happiness.

  4. Harold Millet says:

Yes Ronald and it is my Discipline to do the Right Thing and NOT to do things right.
