Whatever it is – be it a walk in the park on a winter day; a stroll along the seashore on a stormy night; a bite of hamburger at the your favorite snack joint, a soft touch of the waves on your piggies on a high tide, a few flipping of pages of a classic novel, a quiet time alone, whatever it is - do it.
